First, you looked terrific, with or without accompaniment. Second, you have such presence and dignity packed into your slight frame that, in the video of people arriving, your entrance is entirely different from anyone else’s. There is a parade of plastic people and then there is Alison, and then more plastic people. The paparazzi might as well have packed up and left after you went by, and I’m surprised that their lenses didn’t melt in the glare of your radiant genius.
